My friend Scot Osborn from Wainiha brought these in for a test evaluation. Saved some seeds for planting. I boil them in salted water, peel, slice and use for pupu. A mayo/salsa dipping sauce makes for a filling treat. I've had good thick soup from them as well.

Pejibaye/Peach Palm Fruits
