Cereus Flower Bloom

Cereus Flower Bloom
Epiphyllum Strictum
I was surprised early the other morning to see this flower. The cactus has been in the nursery for a few years with no blooms.
A different species, not pitaya.

That's gorgeous! I know that there's one variety that only blooms once a year and at night, and wilts before dawn – did that happen to yours?

It does last only one night and usually wilts a few hours after daybreak.
Epiphyllum Strictum is the name.
A lot of super cool flowers in this plant family
