I got this fruit from Frankies Nursery over 20 years ago and now have about five trees scattered around the farm . Its a pretty tree and the fruit really does taste like peanut butter!
I've only used it in smoothies besides eating it fresh. I freeze the ripe fruit then cut in two to remove the seed. I think it would make an interesting jam but you'd have to save a lot of pulp and then maybe follow a recipe for mango butter only substituting the peanut butter fruit.

Any recipes you could share? Mine is full of fruit, but I'm not quite sure what to do with it!

Thanks for the input! Do you remove the skin?
I leave the skin on.
