Coconut Dehusker fron Aranyik Trading Company

This dehusker has taken the pain out of opening coconuts. I was getting "coconut elbow" spiking ten or so at a time. This new tool takes a lot less energy and force. They have a store on Amazon selling other ag tools and knives from Thailand.

I found a great recipe on a  blog from India called "Love Food Eat".
It looks like it could be a great way to use those super ripe Jackfruits.

Culantro - Eryngium foetidum

Culantro

These plants came from Tropical Isle Exotics bareroot in a padded envelope and I was worried they wouldn't make it but it looks like they will come out of transplant shock. I grew a lot of this herb in the 80's but lost my specimens due to neglect.
Glad to get some back to propagate.
